Terms of sale

These terms apply to every purchase made on this website. By placing an order, you agree to them.

Who we are

Snoozie is a Quebec-based online store for pet beds. You can reach us at any time through our contact page.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Product information

We work to keep dimensions, materials and specifications accurate, and we say so when a detail is not known. If you see a mistake, tell us. If a product is listed at a clearly incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Our pages describe how products are made and are not veterinary advice. For your pet's health needs, ask your veterinarian.

Accepting your order

Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order, for example because an item is unavailable or cannot be delivered to your address. If we do, we refund you in full.

Final sale and cancellations

All sales are final. Because orders are sent quickly to our distribution partners, we generally cannot cancel or change an order once it is placed. See our refund policy for the limited cases we do cover.

Delivery

Delivery is covered in our shipping policy.

Problems with an order

Damaged, defective or not-as-described items are covered in our refund policy, subject to its time limit and proof requirements.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you, including Quebec's Consumer Protection Act.

How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the date you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
