Questions
Cats or small dogs?
It is listed for cats and small dogs. The photos show a small dog resting inside it and beside it.
S or L?
Measure your pet from nose to base of tail, lying the way they usually sleep, and pick the size whose longest measurement is at least that long. If your pet falls between the two, L leaves more room to turn around.
What do the four colors have in common?
The arch, the ears, the pom-pom and the base border are white on every color. Only the dome and the cushion change: Dusty rose, Grey, Brown or Sage green.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry. If your bed has a care label, follow it before washing.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free across Canada, and the price you see already includes it.
Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 days of purchase. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 days, so plan on about a week between ordering and delivery (4 to 7 days in total, weekends included).
You receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Big beds can travel separately from small items, so an order of several items may arrive in more than one parcel. These are estimates, not guarantees: the shipping policy has the details.
