Questions
Ginkgo leaf or green leaf?
The ginkgo leaf is the wider fan, 71 x 62 cm, in rust and mustard. The green leaf is a narrower pointed oval, 50 x 68 cm, in light and dark green. The set includes both.
Can both sides be used?
Yes. Each mat has a colored fabric on each side, so you can flip it to change the color.
Is it for cats or dogs?
Both. It is offered for dogs and cats, and every photo shows a cat. For a dog, compare its length with the size table first.
Can I wash it?
Yes, it is machine washable. If your mat has a care label, follow it before washing.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free across Canada, and the price you see already includes it.
Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 days of purchase. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 days, so plan on about a week between ordering and delivery (4 to 7 days in total, weekends included).
You receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Big beds can travel separately from small items, so an order of several items may arrive in more than one parcel. These are estimates, not guarantees: the shipping policy has the details.
