Questions
Between two sizes?
Go up one size. Measure your pet from nose to base of tail, lying the way they usually sleep, and choose the size whose longer measurement is at least that long. A little extra room lets a pet stretch out, while a bed that is too small leaves no room to change position.
Is it for cats as well as dogs?
It is listed for dogs and cats. The three sizes run from 45 x 40 cm (18 x 16 in) to 56 x 50 cm (22 x 20 in), so check the table against how your pet sleeps.
Which colors are there?
Brown spots, amber spots, pink stripes, turquoise and coral red. Each color has its own photo in the gallery.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and air dry. If your bed has a care label, follow it before washing.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free across Canada, and the price you see already includes it.
Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 days of purchase. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 days, so plan on about a week between ordering and delivery (4 to 7 days in total, weekends included).
You receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Big beds can travel separately from small items, so an order of several items may arrive in more than one parcel. These are estimates, not guarantees: the shipping policy has the details.
