Questions
Between two sizes?
Go up one size. Measure your pet from nose to base of tail, lying the way they usually sleep, and choose the size whose longer measurement is at least that long. A little extra room lets a pet stretch out, while a bed that is too small leaves no room to change position.
Can I machine wash it?
Yes, it is machine or hand washable. If your bed has a care label, follow it before washing.
What is it made of?
The listed materials are coarse cotton cloth, Oxford cloth with a waterproof coating, and PP cotton.
Does the pillow come with the bed?
Only the options that say "with pillow" include the small pillow. The other options are the bed alone.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free across Canada, and the price you see already includes it.
Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 3 days of purchase. Delivery then takes 2 to 4 days, so plan on about a week between ordering and delivery (4 to 7 days in total, weekends included).
You receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Big beds can travel separately from small items, so an order of several items may arrive in more than one parcel. These are estimates, not guarantees: the shipping policy has the details.
